We are off to the much needed vacation!
Yes, we are going on a 10 day trip to Leh, Ladakh.
While we fly from Jammu to Srinagar, we travel to Leh from Srinagar by road via Dras and Kargil.
We are looking forward to …
- See towering mountains reach up to a clear blue sky
- Hear the rhythmic chant of Buddhist monks in an ancient monastery where time stands still
- See the rushing waters of an icy river surge down from a glacial height
- A trek in the mountains
- And camping in the tents!
Ladakh - the Land of Passes and the Roof of the World awaits US!!
So you think that there would be a 10-day hiatus on this blog!!??
NO, I will not let my blog feel lonely!! :)
